I use a mix of Paves Hair Conditioning Milk, Alberto VO5 strenghthening treatment, and Pantene Anti-Frizz conditioner to make a somewhat, " Conditioning treatment" I leave it on for 5 minutes, and then I regularly use my shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair totally silky and smooth, and it definitely strenghthens it!
