Bald spots from the glue from hair extensions?

Hey, i had the glue in hair extensions for about 4 weeks and they just started falling out. I called the giril who did these for me and she said to use baby oil to take them out. The came out with ease. After combing the ramaining glue out i have several quarter sized bald patches all over my head, mainly over my ears! She said it was because i pulled too hard getting my extensions out and I tried telling her they slid out. Then she said it was because my hair had been previously processed. Im upset about the bald spots but equally upset that i cant seem to get all the glue out. She told me to use Dawn dish soap and i have about 20x already. I went to her house for her to correct this and she just keeps saying theres nothing she can do. That I will just have to wear a 3/4 wig until this grows out and that she has never heard of the glue causing bald spots. Theres a TON of glue! She is a friend of mine and had previously worked in a salon but did this for me out of her home.

wheres your question?

and i had glue in extensions and didn't have bald spots anywhere after i took them out.

you are going to have glue in your hair for a few days, thats just how it goes when you remove extensions. Get a fine toothed plastic comb and take it into the shower with you.. comb your hair while you have conditioner in it.. this will help remove a little more of the glue. After about 3-4 days almost all of teh glue should be out. There is a shampoo made specifically for removing extension glue from hair... its made by proclaim. i'm not sure exactly what its called.

I have never heard of that happening before. I have had glued in track, but they came out with ease and didnt give me bald spots. My advise is don't let her in your head again!!!

Omg! It does not sound very good. I would recommend you to go see your doctor to ensure there is no damage to your scalp. And stay away from hair extensions that require glue.

ok how did you take the glue out you hair i hope you had conditor or shampoo in your hair when you was taking the glue out cause if you did it when it was wet or dry you were pulling your hair out when she glued them was the glue on your hair or your scalp

use glue bond remover it that doesnt work

but rewash your hair and deep condition it then while its real soapy take a wide tooth comb and comb the glue out its going to take a while

dont worry this happened to me too thats why i use sewed inand not glue in

and glue do cause bald spots because when you sweat or anything sometimes the glue slips from your scalp to your hair
