I was losing my hair a few years ago. I went back to eating flesh foods after being a vegetarian. In other words I upped my consumption of protein. Also, I worked on not being stressed out. So I am not sure which change had the most effect on my scalp, but I suspect it was the food. Stress never really fully goes away!!!
