Is this a good hair care routine?

I have coarse, rough, thick dark brown black hair: wavy. Not growing long--its only shoulder lenght. its poofy, dry %26amp; frizzy. Leave in moisturiser not working. And i cant shower everyday. My hair is falling like hell.

Will almond oil massage at night %26amp; garnier fructis long %26amp; strong shampoo %26amp; conditioner in the morning: once in a week work? And using only a wide toothed comb %26amp; sleeping on a satin pillowcase?

The satin pillowcase is a good idea, but all it does is add shine to your hair. Another thing you could do is add honey to your hair once a week... mix it with your shampoo. Also, sleep with your hair pulled back to prevent breakage.

u have the most knowledge of hair treatments(besides me...lol) on this who site. b/c that is exactly what i would tell u 2 do!!!

cut the almond oil out and use avocado instead.......your hair is like mine and if it is frizzy you need to use intensive conditioner to help the dryness out and cut the frizz.

I use TiGi s-factor smoothing conditioner and oh boy it is fantastic there is a huge difference in the condition of my hair,it is pricy but it totally work for my type of hair(dry, frizzy puffy, thick).

I would suggest you go buy a gentle shampoo like a herbal or TiGi smoothing shampoo and wash it every other day and condition it then once a week heat the avocado oil up and appl y to your hair and leave overnight then rinse, shampoo and condition as normal......it does work and regardless of your hair falling(mine did and it was frightening)it doesn't matter if you wash every day or once a week it is still weak and breaking and going to fall out but you need to get it repairing itself now with good strong conditioners.

Best of Luck!!!

For fabulous tresses they need more than once a week TLC. Hair frizzes in the summer so you may wish to try an anti-frizz product like John Frieda's Frizz-Ease Serum-extra strength. There are many reviews of the product and tips on what worked for others who tried it. Towel drying your hair is an absolute must. Rinse your hair in cool water-never warm or hot!

ok, u need a better routine that will actually make a difference in the texture of ur hair.

take an avocado and olive oil, mash the avocado and mix in the olive oil then apply the mixture to ur hair and put on a plastic cap. leave the mix in ur hair about 30-40 minutes ( works best if u sit under a dryer). then wash out the mix and apply a leave in reconstructing treatment and style as usual.

u should do this technique about 2 times a week.

cut ur ends every 4-6 weeks and avoid using products that contain alcohol in them.
