How can I cut my OWN hair to look like this?

I'm a guy and i want this badass style.. but it's combed in a wierd way and i can't tell exactly what needs to be cut..

What I want to look like is the guy with the messier hair, with the blonde strip down the side..except reversed as his hair covers his right eye, and mine covers my left eye.
