what i do is b4 i get in the shower like about 20 mins. is put conditioner on dry hair n jus leave it to soak in. then wen u get in the shower wash ur hair n condition normally, should b all soft :D

There are special shampoos for dry hair (usually they say hydrating or moisturizing on the bottle). Also, you will definitely want to buy a conditioner. Since your hair is so dry i would recommend a leave in conditioner and a wash out one.

Well, u can use a good shampoo for the type of your hair, followed by a conditioner. If that doesn't make a big difference, then you should consider about a hair mask once in a week. If u feel odd to go to the salloon to have it done, well, u can do it at home with those mask you can buy at stores or u can use some home recipe. Half avocado, a little bit of yogurt and a bit of olive oil. cover your hair with aluminium foil with the brither side down and Leave it like one hour in there (if you can stand the yogurt smell then u can leave more) then wash your hair like always and follow with the conditioner. i like to use johnson %26amp; johson detangler spray it helps me comb thru my hair...its long %26amp; really thick....also i like to use a mostirizing serum called Manzi (i think thats the spelling) I usually get it at a hair salon its a small bronze bottle...a little goes a long way %26amp; it works FABULOUS!!!! :)

Your hair needs to be hydrated. If you are looking for a new Shampoo and Conditioner get Pureology Hydrate. Wash your hair with the Shampoo then rinse, apply the conditioner...and let it sit for a few (shave your legs or something) then rinse.
