I have very thin straight blonde hair and it tangles and knots so easily. I thought it was normal in all girls, but I noticed a lot of girls hair doesn't knot at all or barely. I've tried straighting shampoo and conditioner. And combing it frequently, what else can I do?

You can use a leave-in conditioner and make sure you're getting trims on a regular basis.

try switching shampoo and conditioners maybe get one from a salon mine knots to and try not to brush it with a brush all the time try combs and the little styling one too because brushes make split ends worse and cause damage and knots

Continue the trims. Do not comb or brush your hair frequently as this causes breakage and can increase tangles/knots, once or twice a day is all that is necessary. Using too much conditioner or use of detanglers in fine hair can weight it down, instead condition only the ends. You can purchase a hair serum...place a small amount of serum on your fingertips and spread onto the very ends of hair. This will usually solve the problem. When using the serum, remember that less is more and only the ends of the hair should be treated. Minimize use of heat based styling aids as well.

Being a stylist here in Dallas this is the first thing that comes to mind when someone sits in my hair and I can not get a come threw. A few tips for you... try to avoid over processing your hair(do not use box dye from CVS... these products tend to overprocess the hair deposit minerals that tend to knot hair. Also try a product line that is designed to detangle(shampoo and conditioner) Lastly try to dry your hair first then come it.. hair is weakest when wet so if you come out knots when it is wet you will have LOTS of breakadge. Use a little coconut butter over night . This is a mild germ killer and will leave the roots healthy. It is a special oil as the temperature changes.
